Policies

Registering- When registering the entire form must be filled out. If the sign option is not given or the name and est. date, material can not be prepped the day of class. Must be filled out and Paid for 36 hours in advance.

Payment- Payment must be included when you register. If for some reason the Paypal will not work you must contact Barn Owl Studio to resolve the issue or you can go to the Pay Now Button at the bottom of the website.

Workshop Cancellation Policy- Due to the custom designs and preporation, registration fees are non-refundable. Registration cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of a workshop will be granted a class credit for a future workshop.

Private Party Cancellation Policy- We are not taking private party deposit at this time although if the minimum number of participants is not met, we have the right to cancel the party and a class credit can be given to the registries already booked.

If you choose to cancel your private party the Registration money will not be refunded but only given with a class credit for a future class only if cancelled within 72 hrs due to the nature of our studio and the demand for private party times on our calendar.

Private Parties- We require all attendees to register and provide complete customization information for their project at least 36 hours in advance so we can prepare the materials for your party. If the registration is not complete we will not be able to have the material prepped for that individual person.

Safety Waiver Release- Barn Owl Studio, LLC. from all liability relating to injuries that may occur at Barn Owl Studio Location. By agreeing to these policies, I agree to hold Barn Owl Studio, LLC. entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in a woodworking workshop. Hammers, mallets, nails, sand paper, paint and oil based stain will be used in class. I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

Special Request/Changes of Design- There will be a $10 or more cash charge for any special requests or Design Changes.

Registering for the workshop is to teach you how to make an amazing rustic sign not to copy the designs or business in anyway to make your own, if copied in anyway a seize letter will be sent and action will be taken.
